In an effort to have unity in the wearing of our Fourth Degree Regalia, the Supreme Council's executive board has established guidelines to establish uniformity. On July 31, 2007, Supreme Master Joseph P. Schultz, reissued The Laws and Rules Governing the Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus. A copy of the reissued Laws and Rules can be viewed from this website.
